We are the wholesaler and we sell to distributors worldwide who in turn sell in our product through different retail channels. If you have a warranty or return question then you need to contact the distributor on your receipt.
If you have a receipt with Eagle Eye Sales Inc. on it, you may email our customer service department and we will be glad to take care of you.
*Hint: If you purchased at a tradeshow or fair then you may be able to find the retailer by contacting the venue manager or customer service and ask which vendor was selling this product.

All Eagle Eye Sales Inc. products which have been purchased, have a 90-day manufactory defect guarantee. We will refund or supply a replacement item in this case with a proof of defect and receipt. Our products may be returned only with your receipt and in original condition for a full refund within 30 days of puchase. Customer shall incur the cost of shipping the item/s to our offices.
